Steel Oil-Gas Boiler GLOBAL

Information :

1. Their operation is based on the RAYOL principle and the transmission of heat by radiation and convection.
2. Specially designed turbines have been placed inside the flues, so that the heat of the exhaust gases can be better exploited, with a direct consequence of their low exit temperature and the achievement of a high degree of efficiency (>90%) of the boilers.
3. They are horizontal, vented, high back pressure.
4. All parts affected by the flame are water-cooled, and the entire construction is robust.
5. The heavily insulated door opens from both sides.
6. The cutting of the plates is done with the most modern compressed air ionization machine (PLASMA), guided by a computer. The welding is done with modern Robots machines.
7. Each boiler is tested at 6 atm pressure.
