1. Unprecedented Operational Autonomy
If the boiler is sized correctly and used correctly, a complete filling of the combustion chamber takes about 12 hours. Therefore, during the 24 hours, the boiler operates with only two fillings.
2. High Strength Materials
The combustion chamber of the boiler is made of high-strength steel sheets 8mm thick in order to guarantee a long service life. At the same time, it is enclosed internally by fire-resistant insulation with high thermal resistance and thus makes optimal use of the very high temperatures it is capable of producing, while also reducing condensation phenomena to a minimum.
3. Thermal Efficiency
The special type of absorber used allows the exploitation of air necessary for combustion at a different pressure than atmospheric. Thus, the gasification of the wood and subsequently its combustion are improved, increasing the thermal efficiency and the temperature of the combustion chamber. In addition, this increased temperature favors the reduction of unburned residues.
4. Friendly and Safe Operation
The boiler has an electronic control panel that monitors all the necessary parameters and guarantees its correct and safe operation. The introduction of wood into the combustion chamber is made as easy as possible by the automatic smoke absorption system when the door is open. It also has a built-in protection system against overheating.
